Jo is a proud native of De Witt County and an accomplished minority business owner who embarked on her Pilates journey in 2020; she achieved Comprehensive Certification in 2021 and is now a Level 2 PeakPilates Instructor. In addition to her certification, she has acquired several other Pilates teaching certifications that enable her to guide her clients toward effective healing movements.

Jo's teaching style is not about chasing unrealistic movements but meeting you where you are with love and compassion. She promotes a healthy mindset through gratitude and patience, celebrating progress over perfection.
